Easter Nests

Ingredients

  • 100g gluten free oats

  • 45g desiccated coconut

  • 25g ground almonds

  • 30g raw cacao

  • 5 tbsp coconut oil

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

  1. Mix the dry ingredients together.

  2. Melt the coconut oil and add the maple syrup and vanilla extract.

  3. Add altogether and mix until well combined. Place into silicon moulds/cake cases and leave a little well in the middle, allow to set in the fridge.

  4. Make your own chocolate eggs using the homemade chocolate recipe above and using an ‘egg’ mould or buy your own.

  5. Ideally at least 70% dark chocolate.
